Registration (via ConfTool site)
- At least one of the authors must register for participation; otherwise, the paper will not be presented and will be removed from the program.
- If a registered author does not make the presentation at the conference (No-Show), the paper will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
- The registration of participation is binding.
- Participation in the technical sessions is restricted to individuals who have paid the registration fee as a Regular Participant or a Student Participant.
Accompanying Persons are not permitted to attend the technical sessions.
- Each Accompanying Person must be registered in association with a Regular Participant who has paid the full registration fee.
Accompanying Persons may not be registered in association with Student Participants.
- In the event that an Accompanying Person is found to have attended any of the technical sessions, the Regular Participant registration fee will apply, and the difference to the full Regular Participant fee must be paid immediately.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The fees for each registration category are shown in the table below, including the conference events and materials covered.

- To take advantage of the early bird discount, please ensure that your participation fee is submitted by 23:59 UTC on February 27, 2026.
- If you register as a student participant, a copy of your student ID will be required.
- Unless the ICLP is canceled due to natural disasters, war, or a nuclear disaster, the participation fee will not be refunded, even if participants cancel.
- The conference program may be subject to changes.
